Went to Toby's Estate for brunch with Shermaine and despite the 1.5 hours wait for the food (it was a public holiday and there was only two chefs in the kitchen that day), we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and coffee. The service at t Toby's was good; they keep updating us about the status of our food and even gave us complimentary garlic bread as an apology for the wait (which I'm pretty sure Sherms play a part, for being such a beauty).
